The most robust corporate community involvement programs are more often found within large corporations with the resources to fund a community relations department.  Individuals at smaller companies may find that their employer lacks the resources, and/or personnel to provide avenues for team-building and opportunities to engage with the community.

Through our organization, even the smallest venture is able to outsource the development of a community service program.  The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas connects an individual or an entire company with community involvement activities through special events, volunteer programs and partnerships with local nonprofits in Central Texas.  We can confer with management or committees of team members interested in community service to design stage-appropriate community involvement programs.

We work with local nonprofits to create community involvement opportunities that provide a sense of accomplishment, connection and “instant impact.”
