My Perform ix

HyPerformix is a member company that donated equity to seed a future charitable giving at the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas; and in the meantime has simultaneously generated its own cash-based charitable giving through broad-based employee- organized fundraising efforts.

To support the local community, HyPerformix organized HyPerGIFT (Giving Invests in the Future of Texas) in 2000.  HyPerGIFT is managed by a committee of their employee volunteers who organize and conduct various fund raising events as well as other community support programs.  HyPerGIFT has contributed to local charities every quarter since its inception.  Visit the HyPerformix website to learn more.

Every quarter, HyPerformix transforms a staid, corner room on the second floor of its Westlake office building into an auction arena of raucous laughter and high-stakes bidding.  Attendees have been known to laugh, cry and open their pocketbooks in the most shockingly prodigious manner to support this charitable event.  In the past year, HyPerformix has raised over $30,000 for charities selected by the HyPerGIFT employee committee.  The auction items are donated by employees, customers and service providers. The auction has become a forum for these various constituents to socialize and build camaraderie – all while supporting our local community.  The true return on investment for HyPerformix, in terms of corporate culture and team building, might be priceless.

Recently, HyPerformix chose an Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas leadership initiative as a recipient of proceeds of one of its upcoming auctions.  This leadership initiative, Breast Cancer Services for Central Texas project, will assess and address the availability of resources available for those living with breast cancer.  Please visit our Leadership Projects page for future project status reports and updates throughout 2006.
