Eugene Sepulveda serves as the CEO of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas, which practices disruptive innovation in philanthropy, helps make nonprofits profitable, and promotes entrepreneurship. He previously taught social entrepreneurship & global business at UT's McCombs School of Business and served as CFO for an Austin-based semiconductor startup. He has served on many not-for-profit, for-profit and foundation boards including as board chair for PeopleFund, Leadership Austin and the Austin-Travis County HIV Commission and as board member & treasurer for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Austin Community Foundation, Austin Museum of Art, and LiveableCity. He currently serves as VP of the board for the KDK Harman Foundation, as well as on the boards of the Entrepreneurs Foundation, Marfa Public Radio and the McDonald Observatory's board of visitors. He has been recognized as the Best Austin Booster (Austin Chronicle), Best Professor (Alpha Kappa Psi), as a nominee for Outstanding Elective Professor (UT MBA), the Human Rights Campaign Lifetime Achievement Award, an Austin Under Forty award winner, the Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter in Finance and honored by the Austin City Council by the declaration of a Eugene Sepulveda Day in 1994. He and his husband, Dr. Steven Tomlinson, are members of St. James Episcopal Church and collaborate on community initiatives through their fund, ABPorter.org.

Amanda Chiampi is the Program Director for the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas. In this role, Amanda oversees all project and programming activities, manages the philanthropic contributions for realized equity donors, directs the corporate community involvement programs for member companies and supports the Foundation's equity council and Leadership Projects.

Amanda graduated with honors from the University California at Santa Cruz with a BA in Global Economics and received her Masters degree in Development Economics from the University of Sussex in England. Before joining the Entrepreneurs Foundation, Amanda worked with ACCION, an international microfinance organization.


 

Shobie Partos, Program Manager

Shobie Partos is the Program Manager for the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas. In this role, Shobie works with member companies to develop and implement strategic community involvement programs in line with corporate goals. She serves as a liaison between the non-profit community and member companies. Shobie also organizes the EF spring and fall service days.

Before arriving at the Entrepreneur's Foundation, Shobie worked in the film industry as a Location Manager and Location Scout. She is also a free-lance theatre director and the former Artistic Director of the Crested Butte Mountain Theatre. Shobie received a B.A. from Trinity University with a double major in Communications and Theatre and an M.F.A. in Directing from Carnegie Mellon University.

Donna Williams is the Project Assistant for the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas. Donna works directly with the Program Director and Program Manager, supporting all project activities, developing communications and press materials and general operational tasks. Donna also designs and produces collateral and event publications, and is responsible for the bi-monthly volunteer opportunity newsletter Plug-In.

Donna is an awarding winning advertising copywriter and currently a freelance newspaper contributor. She has spent years running Texas political campaigns and organizing fundraisers for political candidates and non-profit agencies. Just before joining EF, Donna was Community Relations Manager at YouthLaunch, a nonprofit that gets teens involved in community service.

Donna has a B.A from Trinity University in Communications, and is married with 3 sons.
